Serangan and Selong Belanak

sensational villa large,quiet, very clean, great design, fabulous location. we absolutely loved it. the boys who look after you and the villa were superb. we had scooters and could go anywhere,anytime. love the beach walks, loved the surfing, great restaurant next door just divine

Where to start? The villa and the gardens are beautiful. The location close to the beach and a couple of very nice restaurants, combined with a peaceful environment, made it the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beauty of Lombok. Kamal and the team were amazing, helpful, and so responsive to our every need. They cooked us an amazing breakfast every morning and kept the villa immaculately. They added us to a chat group so always on call and always quick with suggestions for dinner, trips and shopping destinations. Always smiling and nothing was too much effort - this made our stay truly memorable (thank you, team). We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here, it’s very peacefully located and the beach is completely empty. There is a great restaurant just 5 min walking away and a few more within a 10 min drive. Villa manager was very helpful with everything and made our stay a success.

Our family has a great stay. The house was as described- beautiful and spacious. I have to also give 5 stars to the house management and staff. Each member of the staff was professional, responsive and very kind. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was special. Recommending great excursions and helping with food for each meal (home made breakfast was outstanding!). I also recommend having them help hire Chef Amrul for a homemade dinner.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The beach is a very short stroll away, there are a few options of restaurants nearby, and the host helped us find a chef that came to the villa and cooked delicious meals for us. Ardy was particularly helpful and solved any issue we had very quickly.

Incredible spot - quiet surroundings and only 1 min walk to a gorgeous beach with a surf break right out front. The villa is beautiful and spacious with all amenities, and the team are great communicators who will organize everything you need - couldn’t have asked for more!

We, a family size 5, spent New Year’s Eve in Xavier & Kenzies Villa and would suggest you look no further. The pictures are a true, almost understated version of the villa. It is beautiful, clean, safe and superbly located close to the beach and two restaurants in walking distance distance. The secret sauce to this property is the experienced team that actually is running this effort: Kamal, Johan, Rizal… everyone is at the ready to make your stay as memorable and enjoyable as you like. English is not a problem at all, and you get the combined experience from all prior guests that go into making your stay an exceptional one. Sure, you can organize your own drivers and trips… but why would you when you have the benefit of their network of trusted providers, negotiated (real) rates? This came in handy on our surfing lessons and snorkeling trips in the rainy season: is the weather safe? Can we actually go? Etc. I recommend you give this villa a try - we loved our stay and will be back

Words can barely describe how amazing this place is! My family - 2 adults and 4 children aged 12, 10, 6 and 1 - stayed here for a month. It is situated in a grassy gated area set aside for guesthouses, with two really good international restaurants, right on the beach. Serangan beach is stunning - white, coral sand and beautiful clear water with a view of a mountainous island in the bay across from Selong Balanak. You can see the sea from the house, which is especially wonderful if, like my husband, you want to continually check the surf conditions! Kamal arranged beginner surf lessons for my daughters and I with the wonderful Hary's Surf in Selong Balanak and they came to get us every day (10 mins drive away; Serangan is more of an intermediate surf spot). The team were incredible and have become firm friends - arranging everything we could possibly need, from trips snorkeling to laundry and babysitting, and made us a delicious breakfast every day! Beautiful villa, just a few mins away from the beach (not directly on the beach tho), you do need a car to get anywhere so plan for a driver. Pool is fabulous… such lovely temp all day. The main bedroom is great but the others are single beds. Living room is a great size and very homely. Bring your Apple device or access your own Netflix for movies. We arranged a chef for one evening for a bbq which was lovely… lots of yummy food. Kamal is super responsive and friendly. The team were great.
